What we collect

Sigma works with five external services. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic logs (no personal identifiers). RevenueCat handles subscription receipt validation and purchase history, mirroring the App Store's own purchase records. PostHog records anonymised product analytics: events and feature usage, never the contents of your sheets. CloudKit stores your sheets in your private iCloud container when sync is enabled. Open Exchange Rates serves currency rate updates. We do not run our own servers for sheet content.

What we don't collect

We never see the contents of your sheets. Parser errors carry only an error category and a structural fingerprint of the failing line, never the raw expression you typed. Your variable names, numbers, and computed results stay on your device or in your iCloud container. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or photos. The only identifier we generate is a random per-install analytics ID stored on your device. It is not tied to your Apple ID, not linked to any hardware identifier, and is not used to track you across apps or sites. We do not sell, license, or share data with anyone. Nothing in the app links your data to data collected by other companies for advertising or measurement.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you (a Subject Access Request) or its deletion at any time. We respond within one month. Email souleymane@soulesstudio.com from any address you control. We'll verify, then act. The Information Commissioner's Office is the supervisory authority you can complain to if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

Sigma is not designed for users under 13.
