What counts toward the total?
A line with a colon (rent: 1200), a line that starts with words (coffee with Sam 4.50) and a bare amount. A line with an equals sign keeps a value without adding it, and unticked checkboxes are left out.
What is free?
The full calculator: arithmetic, percentages, 60 units, more than 150 currencies, variables, totals, math functions and hex. Plus 3 sheets, the Auto theme and share as image. No watermarks, no time limits, no ads.
Do my sheets sync between devices?
iCloud sync is a Pro feature. On Free, sheets stay on one device.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep all your sheets, but you can only edit the three most recent. Sync stops, and your iCloud data stays put.
Where is my data stored?
Your sheets stay on your device, or in your private iCloud container when sync is on. Sigma also sends crash reports, anonymous usage analytics and purchase checks to the services listed in the privacy policy, never the contents of your sheets.
